Wally Lockard III, J.D., is the Executive Producer of the award-winning Urban Grind TV, a platform that has helped indie artists, legacy musicians, and entrepreneurs launch their careers. With over 20 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry, Wally has owned an indie label, managed a recording studio, and been deeply involved in cannabis cultivation and liquor marketing. His dedication to elevating undiscovered talent has earned him numerous accolades, including a Cultural Impact Award and 28 awards for his work with Urban Grind TV, as well as a Billboard plaque and several iTunes Music Chart plaques.

Wally is also a distinguished law school graduate, certified hip-hop scholar, and teacher. He has authored Music is My Business: The Ultimate Startup Guide to the Music Business, where he shares his insights on navigating the entertainment industry and building a sustainable career. Urban Grind TV, founded over 15 years ago, has become a media powerhouse, featuring exclusive interviews with major artists such as Snoop Dogg, J. Cole, Lil Durk, and many more.
