Growing up in the vibrant city of Chicago, I was surrounded by the heartbeat of Hip-Hop culture, and I witnessed firsthand its ability to inspire, uplift, and unite.

My mission with Urban Grind TV is more than just a career—it's a calling. It's about creating a space where voices can be heard, where dreams can take flight, and where authenticity reigns supreme. Each day, I wake up driven by the belief that every artist, every label, deserves a chance to shine, to make their mark, and to change the world.

As the Director of Urban Grind TV Management, I pour my heart and soul into supporting indie labels, startups, and established acts. It's not just about business; it's about building relationships, fostering creativity, and empowering others to reach heights they never thought possible. When I see a client succeed, it's not just a win for them—it's a win for the entire community, a testament to the power of perseverance and passion.

My involvement with the Recording Academy's Chicago/Midwest Chapter is a reflection of my commitment to giving back to an industry that has given me so much. It's about being part of something bigger than myself, contributing to a legacy of innovation and excellence that will endure for generations to come.

With a background in law and a history of service in the U.S. Military, I bring a sense of duty and honor to everything I do. But more than that, I bring a deep-seated belief in the power of music to heal, to inspire, and to bring us together as one human family.
